At Seven Delight, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled on sevendelight.in. Please read this page carefully before placing your order.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the cancellation terms mentioned below.

Order Cancellation

Orders placed on Seven Delight can be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement or before dispatch, whichever happens earlier. Once an order is confirmed, packed, or dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the current status of the order.

Order-Level Cancellation

An order can be cancelled only if it has not yet moved to the dispatch or shipment stage.

If your order is eligible for cancellation:

  • The full order will be cancelled

  • Any payment already made will be processed for refund as per our refund timelines

Please note:

  • If any product from the order has already been picked or shipped, the entire order becomes non-cancellable

  • Orders placed under special offers, discounts, or promotional schemes may not be eligible for cancellation

Pickup or Dispatch-Level Cancellation

Once an order has been picked up, shipped, or is in transit, cancellation is not allowed.

Cancellation will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Order is already shipped

  • Order is out for delivery

  • Order is in transit with the delivery partner

In such situations, the order cannot be cancelled partially or fully.
